Orphalese stopped working on my Laptop

I've been a loyal paying Orphalese customer since 2015. Orphalese has stopped working on my PC. I have also tried to re-install Orphalese on my Laptop and I keep getting all kinds of error messages.
Please help me.

Hi Anthony,
I have tried emailing you but I think my messages must be getting lost in some spam filter. I am afraid I won't be able to help you unless you tell me what the error messages say (you don't need to type them all out, maybe you can send some screenshots?).
As far as your PC is concerned, I understand that the program was working fine and then it stopped working. My first question would be what do you mean by "stopped working"? Do I understand from that that you try to launch the program in your habitual way (presumably by double clicking a desktop or taskbar shortcut) but nothing at all appears to happen?
The second question would be what has changed on your PC before it stopped working? Did you install any other software or make any changes to the configuration of your computer that you can recall?
