Orphalese Tarot Has Encountered a Problem

I just installed Orphalese Tarot on my Mac OSX computer.
I am using VirtualBox virtualization software with a Windows XP VM.
(OS version: Windows XP 2002 with SP2)
I installed the .NET Framework 2.0.
I downloaded and installed Orphalese.
When I try to open the program I get an error message:

Orphalese Tarot has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I tried to restart the OS. No Help.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall. No help.
I added the program to the exceptions list in my Firewall program. No help.

Any ideas on what might be causing the error?

I ended up solving my own problem... this issue has been resolved.

[Note: I ended up registering the software after playing with it for a day, so my username has changed from danya to contemplativeTarot]

Mac users who are trying to install in a virtual machine should be mindful of the following:

When you install a fresh OS in the virtual machine, it is installed without patches or updates.
Run Windows Update until your operating system is up to date. If you are trying to run Windows XP you should be prompted to install Service Pack 2 among other updates.
Also, it appears that the most current version of the .NET Framework is required. When Windows Update installed the current version (3.5 or 4.0, I didn't write it down) the software worked for me.

I had the same problem with the Orphalese Tarot (version 8.9) and I just wanted to confirm that when the 3.5 .NET Framework is installed, everything works just fine and the problem is solved.
