F8 isn't bringing up the popup

I recently had to reload OT and when I go to use a deck I've uploaded, I can't change to private interpretations with F8. Nothing happens.

I found with my Laptop f8 must be used with ctrl button ..as it is also the volume button
Try that ....

Make sure you are using the current version 10.1.3.4
If you are try exiting the program, and then returning to it. If it's still happening, post again letting us know what version of windows your using and if you are on a desktop or laptop.
