Inadvertent New Look to Forum

It probably hasn't escaped anyone's attention that the Forum suddenly has a new look. This is not to do with anything planned, it is simply because previously the Forum used a version of this phpBB software which was out of date and shortly to be discontinued. So I have upgraded to the the latest version but unfortunately it is not backwards compatible with most of the modifications I had made on the other one, so for now at least we have this default Bulletin Board look. Personally I don't think it looks too bad and it seems user friendly so I might stick with it.
