Fixed Windows Installer Problems

Some users have reported problems with Windows Installer trying to "repair" the program unnecessarily and then being unable to. I think I have now definitively fixed this. If this has affected you, please uninstall the program and then install the latest version (10.0.3). It won't be enough to use the quick upgrade link, you will have to install the program anew.
