New User Accounts

I have suddenly started getting about twenty requests a day for validation for new user accounts, so unless the program has suddenly got unaccountably popular (normally it would be more like one a week), it means that the spam bots have become clever enough to beat the various questions and countermeasures in place to keep them out. Until I work out a way of stopping them I am not going to activate any of these accounts. Any real human beings out there who want to open an account just send me a quick message via the website saying what name you used on the activation request and I will find it and let you in to the forum.
