Deck not recognised

I'm not really sure why this is, but I have a deck which has 128 cards, which is not being recognised in the program. I have other decks with more cards than this one, and they are viewable in the program, but the other isn't. The folder comes up showing as empty ^o) Can anyone enlighten me as to what could be the reason?

Thanking you in advance.

Open the deck location (using Explorer) and check to make sure the first card is named 00 (whether 00.jpg, 00.png, 00.gif). If it isn't, the deck will show as a folder in Orphalese but not as "a deck," so that's the most common issue. Working decks need the card files to be named 00, 01, 02, 03...etc.

Another thing that stops a Deck from being recognized is if the folder has any subfolders.

I often use a subfolder when I'm creating a Deck, particularly with Decks over 100, to aid in the correct numbering of the Cards. My re-naming Program "NameWiz", copes very well with all tasks except doing two digits for under 100 but three digits for over 100 - that I have to do manually - hence the subfolders!

If you forget to delete it, it will stop the Deck from being recognized.

Hi Carol, both of the above suggestions are correct. Did you solve the problem yet?
