When I click on button to go to paypal to pay for Single Use, it does not work. My screen goes blank but nothing happens. i have tried three times but same response

Hi Karen, It sounds like the kind of thing that might be related to the web browser you are using. Maybe you can try it with a different browser or from a different machine? I just tried it myself and I noticed that it was a bit slowish. The screen did go blank (white) first for about five or ten seconds before anything appeared so maybe it was just their servers being busy and it would work better at a different time of day.

I have been looking around for an alternative to PayPal, not to replace it but just so people have an option. The only ones I have found so far that don't charge up front have other limitations like you have to be based in the USA or be permanently available by phone etc. It is frustrating to know there are people who want to register but can't.
