Hi,

I was curious. Do you prefer: Connolly, Kaplan, Robin Woods, Mathers, Waite, Jackson, or other card meanings? Did you make your own?

I ask because too many people will buy a beautiful deck, only to have card meanings that "don't quite" work with their deck......

I know that you can use any set of meanings with any deck, and can switch the meanings as you choose.

What I'm wondering is: Which card meanings do you prefer???

You're right, there are so many out there. When I read cards can take on different means for different people BUT I always read through the books that come with my packs first to get the sense of what the author was seeing.

At the moment I am adding to my pop-up notes the meanings from:
Tarot Secrets by Amy Zerner & Monte Farber
Shadowscapes Companion by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law & Barbara Moore (no reversed meanings)
The Dreamer's Journal by by Barbara Moore

I'm just now getting a chance to really work with this tarot program and am hoping to add a few decks that I haven't found in the system yet.

So many options out there...
