My son broke the LCD screen on my laptop that had all the Orphalese program/info/cookies/etc on it! I'm trying to reinstall my Ophalese program onto my desktop machine, but regardless of all the emails I've searched, I cannot find my registration code from when I bought the program a few years ago I've tried to log in on the Orphalese.net website, but keep getting "Service Unavailable". Has Orphalese.net disappeared? Any ideas how I can get my registration code from the admin? Thanks in advance for any help, ideas, suggestions!

Yeah that "Service Unavailable" was my bad...I uploaded some change to the website without really checking it and didn't realise I had included some real newbie programming error which was sending the server into an infinite loop and making it run out of memory. I think it was down for about 48 hours.

Any issues with unlock codes etc should be sent to me via the contact form on the website. There is a tool for retrieving lost unlock codes on the same page, but it only works if your email address is up to date. If you keep your email up to date in your profile you can always get your unlock details back straight away, even if I am away on vacation or whatever.

Thank you both for your replies! Richard, I tried the "lost code" tool on the website, but after several hours have not received an email response. I'm unsure if it was not an updated email address or whether it was just the "lousy" email program I have given up on using any longer since they "upgraded" it.

I decided to use the "contact" link on the website hoping my registration code can be found that way. I apologize if I duplicated my request somehow by using both methods. If there is any other information you need that I didn't include, please let me know! I'm sorry for the extra trouble!
