Cannot Register Newest Upgrade HELP

I was a registered user, using 7. something...I upgraded this morning 2-23-09 to the newest 8. something..when I opened the program and tried to register it, this is what came up:

Unable to connect to web service. The error message was: Server was unable to process request. ---> ProgramRegistration84: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I tried everything I could think of, and with it not regeristing, I can't get to all my other decks, only the 2 that come with it ! HELP Please !

Hi Crystal, I think the server may be down again. I also am unable to access anything. Give it a day and try again. Then if you are still having problems, let us know. :-)

It's been 24 hours since upgrading, and I tried again this morning to register and still can't register the upgrade. Isn't there a way to let whomever needs to know that the server is probably down? I wish there was a way to let the program know you purchased it by an imput number or something, without having to log on and register it online if you upgrade or have had to format your computer, that way we could use full program even when the server was down. (just a thought) :-)

Also, I wanted to ask...I noticed that since March of 2007, the Registration page has changed, and I'm a bit confused...I had gotten a Single Users Licence, but now, I'm not sure if it was for 1 computer or up to 3...As I look at the prices that are posted now, I paid more, then the 'now' listed Single Computer Licence price...How do I find this information out?

Hi again....not sure if someone read my forum post from this morning...BUT....YAYYYYYYYYY I was finally able to register my program !

I Still would like to know about the Licence question though. I am not sure if I have a single or 3 computer licence.

Hi Crystal, you can tell what type of license you have via the Tarot Zone. Right-click your deck, goto Tarot Zone, and select My Machines. It should say in there what type of license you have. The other, Richard would have to answer.
