Hi DreamSue, did you download from http://www.orphalese.net?
Which addition did you download? All the full version downloads come with decks. So you should have at least 2 decks.

Check to see if they are on your computer but for some reason not opening. They should be located here:
C:\Program Files\Orphalese\Orphalese Tarot\Packs

Hi Sue,

I am glad you posted in here. I got your message from the form on the webpage but when I tried to answer you my email came back as undeliverable - you had left off the last part of your email address.

To echo WebWeavers post, are you downloading from orphalese.net or from cnet.com? If it is from orphalese, which link are you following (Tarot of Dreams, Aeclectic, Standard etc) - what is the name of the file you have downloaded?

Cheers
Richard

Yes, I downloaded from the orphalese website, and it was the first download including the traditional deck. I checked my folders and there is nothing in the Packs folder in the Orphalese program folders. I downloaded this twice, but had the same results. The download is a zip file called Tarotsetup.

I am sorry about error on my email addy. Full addy below.

I appreciate your help.

Hi Sue,

OK, now I see the problem! I had misnamed the files so the full version link was pointing at the upgrade and the upgrade link was pointing at the full version. I have corrected this now so the respective links now point at the right places.

The upgrade is exactly the same as the full version except that it does not have any decks, so if you wanted to avoid downloading again and reinstalling you could just download some decks from the website (you need to install at least one deck in order to have the full menu) and then go into the Deck Exchange where you will find many more, including the ones that come with the program by default.

Cheers,
Richard
