how to edit a pack down to Major Arcana only?
Hi all, I am trying to edit a pack I have down to Major Arcana only I tried just deleting the other cards but orphalese just seems to pass on loading the deck and returns to the previous pack I used. Is there something else i have to edit - one of the xml files? What would I need to change?

Hi Shambolic, your saying that your deleting the jpg's and they are coming back? Very strange and that must have something to do with something on your computer. It's not a part of Orphalese as far as I'm aware... cuz I've deleted cards before and they haven't come back
The easiest way to do this using a non-registered version of the program is to move the pack you don't want out of the Orphalese Pack folder, create a new folder (named whatever you want to call the deck), then copy into this new folder only the 00-21 jpgs. The card numbers need to start at 00. When you open Orphalese you should now have this new deck in place of the one you moved out. You are only allowed 3 decks with the Free version of Orphalese.

Sounds odd to me too...when you say that Orphalese passes on loading the deck, do you mean you can't see it in your decks menu? That would suggest there was something wrong with the deck such as it was missing a 00 card or something.
If you can see it in the menu, do you get a message of any kind when you try unsuccessfully to load it?
Is it possible you are getting confused with two folders with similar names - having you tried giving the majors only folder a distinctive name? After you refresh the menu (stop and start the program if it is the unregistered version) the names of the decks will match the names of the folders.
