Dealing Face Down Cards

Is there a way - using a particular spread or spreads - to deal the cards 'face down'?

You can't do this on a spread or deck basis, but you can switch to dealing face down very easily.
Right-Click on the Deck and select Options or F9
Click Change Settings (for all decks)
Click Deck tab
Check (or un-check) Deal Face Up.
I was messing about with this and the Free Selection setting and there seems to be a bug. I'll post on it in the bugs, but basically it appears you can only have Deal Face down, and Free Selection dealt face up, or at least that is the case when using a spread. Once you select deal spread they are all face up no matter your setting under Free Selection. If you just click cards, and don't use a spread the Free Selection can be dealt face down.
