Hello,

Could you please help. I have just downloaded some new decks from your web site for the first time. I did go into the download section direct from my programme. But when I right click on my programme and go into "my decks" there is still only the original default decks available. How do I get to use my new downloaded decks, please?

Hi Ally,

First of all, remember that you can only see three decks on your My Decks list unless you register the program. That means you should be able to install at least one deck besides the one or two the program came with.

The decks are in self-extracting executables. You need to save them somewhere, then double-click to extract the deck. By default they will extract to C:/Program Files/Orphalese/Orphalese Tarot/Packs/[name of pack]. This should be the right place unless you chose a different location to install the program when you set it up.

After this you need to refresh the My Decks list. When the program is registered there is a menu option for doing this. Until then you will need to stop the program and restart it. You should see any decks in the folder mentioned above.
