Two problems.

I upgraded--formerly used a registered version 7. Former username "jambalaya" which is still on this board but I don't have the password and my e-mail has changed since then, so I re-registered.

I am trying to register the upgrade to version 8.4. My jambalaya name and unlock code appear automatically in the upgrade but it won't connect. This is the error message I get:

"Unable to connect to web service. The error message was: Server was unable to process request. ---> ProgramRegistration84: Cannot find table 0."

I've been trying for 24 hours. Is it my computer or the server? Please advise. Thanks.

It is good to hear from you in this new identity. I appreciate the contributions you have made in here in the past!

It definitely sounds like a server problem, or a bug in the registration procedure, perhaps to do with you having two registrations. Please write to me at administration "at" orphalese "dot" net and I will try to sort it out asap.
