Deck Exchange not Available in Versions prior to 8.4

If you are using version 8.3 or below of the program you will not be able to use the Deck Exchange. The spinning globe spins endlessly without connecting.
Please download the free upgrade to the latest version of the program (on the downloads page) to continue using or evaluating the program.
