This is a question for Dominatrix or anyone else who has the program running under Vista...

A couple of people have reported the following error after installing the program:

Access to the path 'C:Program Files (x86)OrphaleseOrphalese TarotPacks' is denied.

Is there perhaps some permissions that people have to assign to a program after installing it? Do programs by default not have access to file I/O?

Out of curiosity, does this mean that Vista has one program folder for x86 programs and one for 64 bit?

It's true that Vista treats Admin credentials and permissions in a pretty different way that XP, but I haven't seen a warning like the one reported, not in RTM nor Final versions I've tested. And as you know, I've installed and uninstalled several OT versions, including Betas and experimental P2P. Oh, there's that pesky User Account Control that asks for permission, blackening the screen, every time you're up to something, but this not generates permission denied warnings

Mine is 32-bit Vista, Home Premium version, and there's only a Program Files plain folder. The funny thing about this folder is that it reads Archivos de Programa in Spanish when you look at it normally, but installations and system chores make them appear as Program Files, in English. I haven't seen the (x86) attached anywhere. I'd like to know which Vista flavour are used in this scenario, and also if the Vista version is legal. Excuse me if I sound suspicious, but I've tested myself dirty Vista versions, and they give a lot of trouble when OS is aware of the lack of validation: it shuts down some features and gives a lot of errors.
