Now I'm not sure if I tried this before... can't remember, but I refreshed on the XP-Pro (desktop) machine and I received a nice little box saying it was refreshing, got a bing and there they were including my test decks and the date column has dates :o)
I'm opening the XP-Home and I'll see what it's doing... still got the same thing on that machine.
Yes I'm able to upload, and they are showing in the ODEx and now I can also see them in the DExB on the Pro desktop machine, so it seems to be an issue with the exchange itself and my laptop machine.

Oh! on the Home-laptop machine there are no dates in the Date Uploaded column.

Thanks. Maybe you should try again on the desktop because while I was exchanging messages with you I was also exchanging messages with my ISP in London. I was unable to log in to the database for a few minutes, which is unusual. There must have been some glitch there and I wonder if that was behind the error you got with getting the date field updated and downloading the decks.

Desktop (Tarot) running XP-Pro - everything is now working correctly :o)
Laptop (Effie) running XP-Home - it is not working right. I un-installed and rebooted and installed the full program, just to make sure. The DExB shows up, but without any dates in the date column. The newer decks are not showing up, and when I try to refresh I'm still getting those same error messages and wierd warning. I am able to do an actual upload, but it won't show up in the exchange. If there is something else you'd like me to try let me know...

Thanks for letting me know, I will have to think about that one first Shari.
The error that is appearing now when you and Rhutobello try to look at the comments or preview the test decks is simply because I have deleted them (to prevent people downloading them) - so no mystery there.
Thanks!

The program will now perform a one - off update to get information about the date uploaded of the decks in the exchange...
I then got this error message: OnGetDateUploadedData: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
The above messages are showing up when I try and refresh the decks in the exchange, not when I'm trying to pre-view the decks. Only on the XP-Home version which is on my laptop.

Hi Shari,
OK, here is something that might help...could you send me the DeckDatabase.xml file?
If you haven't already spotted where the program keeps this data, it is in a folder called thumbs in the main program directory. It is marked as a system file so you might not be able to see it, depending on your Explorer settings (if not let me know and I will tell you what you need to do).
Thanks!
Richard

Tried to test this morning (Monday), Richard, but I it still doesn't work. I click Upload, and nothing happens. I have Windows XP-Home with Service Pack 2.
