Hi Guy,

I upgraded the version of the program on my wife's computer, and now it won't:

1) Register the program. Kepps saying that something was reset.
2) Won't show the card data while doing a reading. The card data is there, it just won't pop up like it's supposed to.

Hi Marvin,

Was it something like blah, blah...[maybe something with the word reset here]...the underlying connection was closed?

From memory this is a message that sometimes crops up when people try to connect to the internet via the program, and it possibly has something to do with a firewall. Could this be the case? It might also occur because there were problems with my ISP, in which case it may work if you try again later.

Re the card data, make sure you have the option Pop-up Notes checked on the main menu. You can also toggle this option using the F8 key.

Hi Guy,

My wife in a moment of bad judgement, allowed her aunt, who has no computer skills, to use her computer.
She crashed the computer!

I've been all day setting thing right.

The woman erased the modem files, most of the firewall settings, and of course, my version of the OTZ!

I'm still finding little things that she affected! (LOL!)
