Bug in OTZ Notification emails

Beloved Richard,

It's very strange, but it seems I only get emails notifying me of replies to new threads, but not for the posts that begin the threads, so I'm always finding out about the conversation from the middle. Of course I always backtrack on the forum itself to see what the heck is being discussed before trying to reply.

I have the checkbox set to send me everything.
