Hi Barbara. Here is the reading I was supposed to make for you.
I did not have a question from you so I chose a Spread which I call the Nova Spread which deals with the tendencies of your current situation. The spread is laid out like this:

Very simple and it came with my very first deck, given to me by a close friend. Though simple it can go into the depths which are why I have come to like it very much.
I used The Thoth Tarot
First card was: (What's at hand) 6 of Cups (pleasure)
I see this card as a sign of you approaching merrier times where you can enjoy the things you do more and also spent more time with loved ones. You are also going to enjoy yourself and your interaction with others more than has previous been the case. Things are improving and you have a happy summer at hand. You have no reason to be preoccupied in the time ahead. just simple enjoyment of the very moment is your possibility.
Second Card was: (Past influences) The Chariot
The card indicates the time leading up to the first card and I sense you have had some things to think about. It has probably been something of a spiritual nature that had to be dealt with. You can relax realizing it will work itself out somehow and it will not be affecting your pleasure indicated by the first card. This also seems to hint that there have been stuff to bring in order and it has come around and turned out all right, (if not it will).
Third Card was: (Ponder this) Queen of Cups
What you have to ponder is that not all people are showing their emotions as freely as you are. They can not be blamed and they do not always dislike you but can be overwhelmed by your free flow of emotions. This is a good thing for you, but you have to be aware of that fact that not all individuals have such a clear contact, not to mention the courage to show or say how they feel. Just be aware of it because this Queen of Cups indicates that you should not be put down by other people’s lack of openness.
Fourth Card was: (What to do) Knight of Disks
You may have a lot of tasks at hand and even if they seem to be hard you will be well awarded by the results of your labor. It is not a thing you should worry about at all. Just go ahead and smile in the process. After the work is done you can sit down and enjoy evaluating it and be sure that you have produced fine results. You will reap the positive things and deeds you are bound to sow, according to this spread in its entirety.
As I see the cards in conjunction to each other there seem to be an emphasis that it is okay to be who you are and to show it. If others have a problem with it, it is surely their problem and not yours. Be the positive soul that you are and spread the good feelings around you!

Thank you so much for the reading, it made me very glad. I have not yet started a family of my own but am missing my brothers and sister since I have not seen them in a long time. I am missing my family in general. I do feel it is time to take some tie of and relax.
I am a work alcoholic and could go on and on and on and even forget eating. And I am the kind of person who never let's others do what I can do my self. That is something I will change. I have a new job that is somewhat of a challenge since I am finding myself on unproven ground and the funny thing is I do not feel it shake.
I have worked hard in the past and am still doing so on more levels than one. I am not an egoistic being but have a hard time to be in the present when I am always thinking ahead.
It was a close enough reading and I thank you for it a lot.

(You know, letting go of my preoccupations with the future is a heartbreak for me today! .0) I had some awesome plans to take off and start a new job in a new state, but I guess this summer job is going to have to be the main stay for this summer.) Thanks for your feedback. I have to say that I was nervous about reading for at person I know nothing about. I just sat down and drew the cards, thought of you and wrote down what the cards made me feel. I read it looked at the cards again and could not see how it could be any different, and posted it and hoped it would make sense and not be too far off the mark
It is also nice to prove that the Thoth is not so bad. It is the deck that really connects to my feelings. I also give Frieda Harris much more credit for the cards than Crowley since he lost interest in the long time project. She was not into the stuff he was into at all. I do not have any problems using it and it always seems to hit the spot right on, like a bull’s eye. I don’t see as evil or anything either.
