Can no longer access Tarot Zone at work on 7.2.3.6

Hi Richard,

I upgraded my notebook to the latest 7.2.3.6 and did the registration via dialup. When I disconnected and plugged back in through the network, it would not let me access Tarot Zone. I used to have version 6.5 on this notebook and I had no problem connecting to Tarot Zone on the network then. But since the upgrade, it just says check your internet connection. I can go to www.orphalese.net on the same notebook without a problem, so the internet connection is fine. Have you made a change to something your end that would have caused this?

Also, I know we've discussed, and you have indicated you would like to work on, the ability to log into www.orphalese.net through a alternative method other than through the Orphalese software itself. Just wondering what your timeframe/priority is for that? Because if I could do that, then this problem would no longer be an issue.

btw - you may want to change the link on your home page to the review I did for Tarot Studies Association because it says version 7 and my review was on 6.5. :-)

Hi Scorp,

I think the issue here is whether the browser inside the program detects and uses your internet explorer settings, i.e. to connect using the LAN or whatever. I will have to dig into this a bit deeper and find out how to make sure it does this.

Oh, and thanks for pointing out the gaffe with the review!
