Hi Richard,
Yes, it stays grey. If I log off and then come back in a day, then I can download one item, usually from the other file exchange....
But so far, no decks.
I Hope that this Helps,
Marvin

Hi Richard (2),
What I do is log out, turn the program off, erase my temp internet files, start the program again, log into the deck exchange, and then I can download one item........
I hope that this helps,
Marvin

Hi Marvin (2)!
Thanks for the observations, they will be useful while I get to work on fixing these bugs. In the meantime, take a look at the post I just left for Sue and Barbara. Basically I have added links to the Old Deck Exchange and File Exchange so you can carry on working in the meantime. You can find them on the Deck Exchange page when you minimize the new browser.
By the way, you know you can change your nickname back to just Marvin on the My OTZ page? The other registration you had - Marvin (1) - doesn't seem to be one you use any more. Having Marvin(1) and Marvin is no problem because they are unique names.
Cheers
Richard
