No idea about how to use the new Deck Exchange pag

Hi Richard:

I downloaded the last beta.
After opening it I see no decks and I`m getting error messages with any buttom I touch.
It will be great if a help file can be ceated fot this page.
I have no idea how this page works, It is not user friendly...
