I have tried all your suggestions and still I get nothing. I don't even get a second window.

I really appreciate all your help and will keep trying.

Also, I do have the latest version.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I can't get to the page to be able to download any decks. All I get is about the new feature, which says to minimize the page but when I do that I still can't get to the deck exchange page. Please help!!!
