There's a folder where all the decks are stored, and when the new version is installed it will be recreated in the My Documents folder, and then just put that set of folders in there. That should transfer all of it over.

You may also want to check your firewall program and see if it's being blocked there, and the most effective way to do that is to turn off your virus software and your firewalls, try to upload/down...
