Version 10 was made for .NET 4.0 but should run on anything up to .NET 4.8.
Version 11 was made for .NET 4.8 and requires that to be installed.

I don't think you will be able to install .NET 4.8 on Windows 7, or at least it might be problematic, so you probably won't get anywhere with version 11 ...
