Need some help here: I have a deck with extra cards (e.g. two lovers, two versions of every king). How do I number the cards for use in Orphalese? Pick a card and ignore the other one? Or name them from 00 up to whatever, even though cards won't have the traditional numbering, e.g. King of Pentacles...
