I just uploaded two Halloween spreads. One is my favorite, a 13 card spread. I don't know who created it (couldn't find any information at all), but I use it every year.
The other is a spread created by Tracy Hite that's a little more concise. If you go to the website I named, you can see the layout that was meant to be used, where cards 3 and 4 are angled out and card 5 is horizontal to make the bottom three cards look like a smile (as in a Jack-o-Lantern). But since I couldn't do that with the layout (at least, I don't know of any way to do rotate the cards), I just laid them out vertically as you see them. You'll just have to use your imagination. .-)
