Re: ISO Brotherhood of Light aka Church of Light by C.C. Zain and Vicki Brewer

I didn't find them on a quick look. I'll check an old backup. I un-installed Orphalese for a class I'm going to be teaching. If I don't respond by next Wednesday, add a reply so I remember :$

Re: Can't access most recent decks.

Yep it looks like anything after 3/7/2020 isn't working right. It might have to do with the move that was made. Let me see what I can find out.

Re: download decks

Re: Turning cards

Hi Nox, I don't know of any way to turn a card sideways. I just typically put it covering the card I'm laying it on down a bit. If you look at the Celtic Cross spread, that's how it's done in that, even through if you were doing it in RL, you would tilt it sideways.

Hope this helps!

Re: Tarot of Dreams, Reversed deck notes?

Hi Nox, the notes are what they are. The notes are not always even the ones that come with the deck. You can check in the notes files exchange, but I didn't see anything additionally in there. Some decks don't have reversed notes. I pulled out my book for the deck and what is in the notes is not ...

Re: notes for runes?

Hi Stuart, if they don't have notes, it's up to you to create them. Most people just share the deck. It's not a requirement for decks to have notes as many people have their own meaning.

You can try using notes from another deck as a starter. :)

Re: Error message when opening a reading

Richard will most likely have to answer this one. I'm wondering if it has to do with the original deck used. ^o)

Re: Sort Readings from newest to oldest

As a suggestion, you could create folders so that you wouldn't have to go through so many readings to find what you're looking for. Depending on how many readings you're doing you could make a new folder whenever it get too full to easily find the last reading.

Re: Sort Readings from newest to oldest

Hi Goku, they seem to be sorted alphabetically for me. If you're using a date, that would be newest at the bottom.

I don't know how to make them sort differently. I'll make mention of this to Richard as a possible suggestion for a future release.

Re: Printing a deck?

No Orphalese wouldn't be what you would use to print an actual deck. You would need a graphic program. Even a digital deck would be created in a graphic program 1st, and then could be used in Orphalese.

Some free graphic programs:
Irfanview
GIMP
InkScape

Hope this helps.
