It's more of a cartomancy deck or oracle, I would read the stars and moons as the light shadow of the number of the card. As it doesn't follow a tarot deck I would apply numerology or the principles of a standard deck using the light shadow or use it as more of an oracle and read the image itself.

You can if the spread is created that way. You would either need to create the spread or edit a spread to use more then one deck.

To include an image it has to "hosted" somewhere else and then you insert it using the Img tag and the url of the image.

That sounds like it's not finding the decks. If you just installed, you may want to make sure you downloaded the version that has decks, and not the version that is just for updating that has no decks. Uninstall and reinstall.
